Cole Hardware San Francisco Awards $ 385,000 in Frequent Shopper Rewards Dollars in 2010, Announces Enhanced Program

Cole Hardware’s decades-old Frequent Shoppers Club is morphing into Cole Hardware Rewards. The enhanced benefits include quarterly reward disbursement. 2010 rewards and will be available in their stores starting February 1, 2011.
Members can check balances online at http://www.colehardware.com/frequent with just their membership number and zip code. Dividends representing 5% of purchases made in 2010 will be loaded on the new debit-style card. Future dividends, which never expire, will be paid quarterly in five dollar increments.
Membership benefits include free City-wide delivery on weekends, a lifetime warranty on most products, and Cole Hardware’s informative Hardware Hotline monthly publication. Members also receive a key fob to attach to their key ring. When keys are lost, they are often mailed to Cole Hardware and key owners are notified: thousands of key sets have been returned this way over the years. Members who shop on their birthdays will also receive a discount equal to half their age up to $ 100.
Shoppers may also choose to have their transactions posted to one of the over 500 schools and non-profit organizations in Cole Hardware’s Community Partner Assistance Program. This year Cole Hardware will distribute over $ 10,000 in gift cards to these valuable institutions.
